Additionally, the 15-day pause policy was only communicated after I started the plan, which left me feeling trapped. I had a positive experience with the representative when I joined in 2023, but the team in 2025-26 has mishandled everything. The company seems to prioritize its own interests over the client's needs, insisting on a daily fee for any pause beyond 15 days. It's time for the team to reassess their approach before it's too late. One representative is polite but not genuinely helpful.
