Worst shit ever! Simply tots from a company that’s not really security oriented. Yes they sell cameras but the services ar not enough and the worst issue is that Arlo won’t notify you if a camera or the entire system fails. As a security oriented customer I need a system that always works and send me a push notice AND e-Mail AND SMS if it dont. I can’t and shouldn’t be forced to check that the system is alive every hour 24/7. Also, support can only be contacted weekdays (not holidays) 09:30 - 17:30. Why are this company into security and why do we buy their crap? I’ve been a paying customer for six years and had lot’s of different issues. Their support process is so obsurd and time consuming that it is ridiculous that I typically give up before problems get solved. Right now i noticed that my CVR camera does not work and it has not been working for a longer time. It should be eeeeasy for Arlo to alert from their side but then they wouldn’t be a toy company, which seems to be their ambition.
