Worst company support I have ever dealt with, had Verisure in with alarm and Arlo cameras were part of that, got rid of Verisure as that was pointless and they did nothing and been trying to update my subscription so my 3 Arlo cameras work.Website tells me to go to Verisure but I no account with them, Arlo have no number to ring, the chatbot always ends up ending conversations no matter what option you go down and there is just no support at all.What a horrible company, just want to sell the products and then that’s it…..go away we’ve got your money now ya on your own.Was going to purchase newer Arlo cameras and fresh doorbell but this has settled it for me.Thinking of buying Arlo……DONT, stay away!EDIT To response from Arlo….Their response shows clearly there is no customer service at all because they can’t read what I wrote….I can’t subscribe because Arlo cameras are linked to Verisure on Arlo’s end, they and my account needs unlinking to Verisure so I can subscribe which can only be done on arlo’s end. Proof in pudding that what I wrote is spot on!Stay away and get other doorbells
