Appalling!!! I placed an order and there was a delay in delivery because there was “an issue” with their system. By way of compensation I received a discount code for my subscription but there is absolutely nowhere to put the code in. The one possible place for a discount code doesn’t work because I haven’t been given enough digits. I have tried to contact the company and they don’t respond. In addition to that, I have found it an incredibly illogical app. It’s not easy to use and setting up routines ie turning on and off the camera according to the time of day, almost impossible and instructions found online don’t correlate with the camera I have. Oh, and the battery life is nothing like advertised. It goes down ridiculously quickly and it’s not like it’s placed in a high traffic area. All in all a maddening experience and regretting this purchase. UPDATE: I received a response which appears to be pretty generic. The one link they gave me to their FAQ's on how to redeem a voucher is, yet again, hopeless. The steps they tell you to carry out doesn't correlate with the options you are actually given within the account. There is nowhere to input a voucher code! I think this is all a complete scam. Perhaps someone from Arlo would kindly telephone me instead of sending through nonsensical links to the FAQ's that don't give you proper answers.
