Had the cameras for over a year. All was fine with the free introductory subscription offer, but as soon as I started paying for a subscription, things went downhill. App crashes, cameras disconnecting, and now I've had no access to my account for 3½ weeks due to email verification issues. I'm receiving every other email from Arlo accept the verification code emails. When phoning their support line, expect to be on hold for at least an hour! And then 45 minutes of troubleshooting to still be left without access to my account. This has happened twice. Now I need to spend another hour on hold just to cancel my subscription and hopefully get a refund. Appalling service considering how expensive their tech and subscription is! Avoid!!
