You can NOT get access to support or after sales service from this company, by email or telephone. Literally hold on the phone for hours, and no answer. Email address bounces back. I have 4 camera's and want to subscribe to a multi camera deal as my trial period is over. The website account repeatedly tells me to "drag the cameras" into a chosen subscription, BUT there are no cameras showing, for me to drag in. As a result it keeps trying to charge me FOUR times the price. Update - after 1 hour we got through to customer services who were very helpful. However the device set up is over complicated.
