Impossible to get support to cancel and when you think they have they still debit your account. Online chat doesn't work. Freephone number doesn't work. Normal number doesn't work. Company registered phone number disconnects and no response to support ticket other than "check our community". Presumably of similarly disgruntled customers.Arlo were supposed to be better than Ring. They're not. Had to raise a stop on debit payments with Visa
