I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding my recent purchase of an Arlo base station, which was recommended to me by a Arlo agent. Unfortunately, the base station turned out to be incompatible with my Apple HomeKit, despite being assured otherwise.Over the past few months, I've dedicated considerable time and effort to resolve this issue through your customer service channels, only to discover that my cameras are not compatible as initially indicated. This miscommunication has caused significant inconvenience and wasted resources, especially during these challenging times of inflation.I was assured that someone would contact me within 24-48 hours, but regrettably, I haven't received any follow-up communication. This lack of response has added to my frustration, and I feel compelled to bring this matter to everyone’s attention.Made me spend $170 during an inflation and had every opportunity to do the right thing and return this device instead they stringed me along to go past the 30 day return policy.
