I paid 900 Euros for 3 cameras to be installed after my home was broken into. I had repeated issues where it logs me out of my device as another user is logged into my account. I advised them I only use 1 device and they told me its a software glitch. I have notifications of motion detection and when i go into the app they have been deleted. No videos for which i received notifications. App keeps changing recording length settings to 120 seconds. I reported this and they told me its also a software glitch. My house was broken into and someone deleted the video from my account. I needed this so i could go to the police with evidence. I was told by first adviser we will find out who accessed your account, my case was unanswered after several emails on support ticket and they came back 6 weeks after reporting these incidents and told me there is no security issue with the account. Who is deleting videos and changing settings and logging into my account?and breaking my bathroom window? They told me they dont hold data for longer than 45 days and when i requested to speak to a manager, they refused to put me through or even give me the managers name. Never had such poor customer service and rude customer service Representatives who speak over you constantly. Do not waste your money on this product
