By mistake I booked the wrong dates and called you guys immediately to cancel or reschedule the flight, but the rescheduling charges are abhorrently high and you guys charged me 220 dollars for just cancellation, that money was very important to me and i had saved up for it for 2 months, I will never recommend this website, I AM GUTTED, I AM DEPRESSED, ALL I ASKED was for some CONCESSION in the fees but the customer support turned a deaf ear.
