I booked the day and time I wanted to fly. Your web site changed the date and time many times. I corrected your mistakes but still , after payment, ended up with the wrong flight. YOU charged me about $150 for the cancellation, Not Malayasian Airlines(I’ve checked). It was a scam
It is the 1st time I bought an air ticket and got a message that your confirmation number will be sent to uou in 4 days. That's crazy. Normally budget air deserve zero. Even 1 is alot. They look like a scam. 4 days ? And what happen if my flight is in one day? I am waiting ans anytime but that the worse expérience
I urgently need assistance. Within seconds of receiving the e-ticket after my booking, I noticed that my daughter’s name was spelled incorrectly. I immediately opened a chat and requested the correction, but I was told I must wait 24 hours. I do not understand why this delay is necessary.I was also informed that I need to contact the airline myself. I am very concerned because this is a serious matter—my daughter’s name must match her passport exactly in order to travel.The system removed her middle name and duplicated her last name, which was not my input. By mistake I booked the wrong dates and called you guys immediately to cancel or reschedule the flight, but the rescheduling charges are abhorrently high and you guys charged me 220 dollars for just cancellation, that money was very important to me and i had saved up for it for 2 months, I will never recommend this website, I AM GUTTED, I AM DEPRESSED, ALL I ASKED was for some CONCESSION in the fees but the customer support turned a deaf ear.
