I just booked a ticket with wrongly spelled my first name. I informed them within 10 minutes of my booking. Sent them passport copy. It is just two letter of my first name misspelled. But they are asking 117 cad to correct those two letters of my first name where the the ticket price is 178 cad. I informed them within 10 minutes of my booking where the airline website says minor name correction is free within 24 hours of the booking. So disappointed..,I am happy to inform that the customer service contacted me and helped me to correct my name for the airline fee only 39 cad). They returned their administrative fee 77 cad .
