Searching for and booking my return trip flights was pretty easy. I received confirmation that payment had been received right away. I also received a booking confirmation with the airline reservation code for the return portion of my trip within 6 hours, however I have not received and confirmation of the first leg of my trip yet, 30 hours later. I know, wait 4 days, but it is a bit unnerving to get one leg so fast and not the other. This is the reason for 4 stars vs. 5. UPDATE: I received my other confirmation within 2 minutes of posting this review. Excellent experience.
