First off I was attempting to order a round trip flight and then it turns out to be one way. Afterwards I tried talking with y'all on your site and I got the run around. Not happy. I would have bought a round trip flight that only charged for the checked bag on the flight there. I'm carrying tools to do some hurricane relief repairs and now I'm juggling just to insure i can get everything done. I could have gotten a round trip flight from Arcata, CA. This saving the money I'm spending on a train ticket to get to SFO and travel time. @ $400. But no now I don't have a return flight booked and I've gotta transport my tools all the way through Northern California. So thanks but no thanks. Won't be using the non budget air again. I'll stick with typing into Google and getting my flights from now on. I just sincerely hope my ticket is legitimate.
