Seconds after booking i realized my dates were wrong and i immediately contacted support and i get disconnected about 5 times and it takes hours before i can get connected with a representative who tells me i need to wait hours for a call from a manager which i never received. The customer service is very slow, inefficient, and the ai chatbot is very poor quality. I have yet to be helped and im not sure if ill be getting any.
