Fake upsells (for seats on business class tickets) and annoying "extras" cause me not to have much satisfaction here. I accept that I won't be able to cancel or change the booking without hefty fees -- but Air Canada allows a 24 hour grace period and this doesn't seem to be here.So, no I'm not happy and am not going to provide a good rating.
