I made a mistake on the spelling of my name on the ticket, so it wouldn't match my passport. After waiting my turn in the chat queue, there was no way to get it adjusted, so even same day, I had to cancel with only a portion of my payment refunded. The response from budget air was that since I had made contact with them, would I update to a positive review. Well, budget air, refund me completely and I will be happy to amend my one star review.
