If I could give a zero

If I could give a zero, I would. In a haste because my father was dying, I ordered a ticket. I didnt check until the next day that I ordered a slow flight. Tried to change it so I could get there earlier before he passed away. All ilI could get was a bot who said sorry for the inconvenience. I decided to go with Air Canada directly and chance losing the money. My father ended up dying and I never got to say goodbye. Plus Im out 600 for a one way ticket. Do not buy from this website. They do not care for you and there is no phonr number to call. Air Canada at least has a bereavement deal.
