I will not use this service again; they promise much but fall short on delivery and are overpriced. They did not customize my holiday as claimed, leading to an unsuitable hotel for my daughter's wheelchair needs. This was our first holiday together with her disability, and I was eager to create memorable experiences. Unfortunately, it was memorable for all the wrong reasons. Our driver was absent upon arrival, and the hotel was not appropriate for her needs. I felt ignored with my complaints and faced numerous accessibility issues. The entire experience left me in tears.
