Hi,
We had our session last Saturday. Our photographer was good. My issues are with the administrative side. When I booked I booked for two children and 2 adults, but somehow that was a one hour session-honestly who cares? Your policy should have allowed four to sit while keeping the session to 60 minutes because what actually transpired was not the photo session that’s going to produce the photos that we are interested in purchasing. We were not allowed to “add” adults when we arrived, even though I noted two adults would be added when I booked. My children have some higher medical needs and barely survived the one hour. Please rebook us for a 30-45 minute session during which our family of four will be allowed to “sit”. We are so far from interested in a 2 hour session, due to the pediatric medical limitations, and frankly extremely frustrated that we will have to book and sit all over again for exactly what we requested in the first place. The window may have already closed on everyone’s willingness to participate as intended.
My daughter said her dreams came true today. It was truely a magical experience for the girls and seeing how the photographer interacted with them creating such fun/ beautiful photos i can hardly wait to see the finished products
I had an absolutely delightful experience with the photography team today! The session for mothers and their children was genuinely enchanting. The photographer and their crew fostered a warm, patient, and inviting atmosphere that made everyone feel at ease and cherished. I strongly recommend them to any family seeking a memorable and heartfelt photography experience.💖💖
We truly had an incredible time! It felt like a fairytale, and my children enjoyed every moment. We received a complimentary session valued at $400, and they exceeded our expectations in every way. I would wholeheartedly suggest this to other parents.
This establishment is a scam. They contacted us with a message claiming we had won a free photo shoot on social media. When we arrived, we were made to wait two weeks for a 'zoom with your agent' where they presented slides of the images and informed us that only the session was free, while the photos would incur additional costs. They then stated that the minimum price was $200 for each digital image, which felt exorbitant, especially since the children were already emotionally invested—clearly a tactic they use! Ultimately, they provided those digital images at a resolution of 800×680 pixels, which is inferior to any modern smartphone screen! Want higher resolution? You have to pay even more! Additionally, they sent small, insignificant 8x10 cardboard prints as if that could make up for the situation... Learn from my experience and steer clear of this place.
The photoshoot with my daughters was genuinely enjoyable, and the photographer did a lovely job. However, I want to caution others that this place operates like a huge marketing scam. Do NOT buy any add-ons when booking—those are already included with the session. The final pricing was shocking. They quoted $7,000 for the best digital package and $400 for just two digital images. It feels incredibly misleading, and I’m frustrated that the business chooses to function this way. I couldn’t feel good about charging families those kinds of prices. We have a local photographer who is amazing and charges fair rates. The so-called fine art here is nothing special—honestly, AI could produce similar results. Overall, it was a huge waste of time and money.
This place is a total rip-off. They contacted us with a "you won a free photo shoot" message on social media. We went in for the session, then waited two weeks for a "zoom with your agent" where they showed slides of the pictures and informed us that only the session was free, and we still had to pay extra for the photos. They quoted a minimum price of $200 for each digital photo, which felt unreasonably high, especially since the kids were already emotionally invested—clearly, they know how to manipulate! Afterward, they sent us digital photos at a resolution of 800×680 pixels, which is less than the quality of any modern smartphone screen! Want full resolution? Pay more! They also provided small, useless 8x10 cardboard prints as if that would make up for anything... Don't make the same mistake I did and avoid this place.
We had our photos taken, and the experience was lovely; however, I was quite disappointed with their pricing during the reveal. They are extremely overpriced. I wanted just the digital files for the 30 pictures I loved, which would have cost nearly $10,000. Very disappointing in that regard.
I took my 8-year-old daughter for a photo session after paying $25.00. When we reviewed the pictures, the prices were revealed, and I chose not to purchase any because they should have been upfront about all costs. Had they been honest, I wouldn’t have pursued a session with them. The staff was unprofessional, talking poorly about other studios, which I found disrespectful. The prices were thousands of dollars. Yes, they offer financing options, but the $25.00 I paid supposedly went to some charity instead of towards the photos. I will never take my other children or grandchildren here for pictures. I’ve already warned my coworkers. Please consider other options for photography.
