I strongly recommend avoiding this company. I spent three hours on hold just to update my address. After leaving my number for a callback, they contacted me four hours later. Their chat support was non-functional, leaving me with no other way to reach them. I paid for my order but received nothing, making me feel like I’ve lost $200. Their customer service has been terrible, and the whole experience has been incredibly frustrating.
