I worked with Roy Hughes on the phone to discuss my recent purchase of replacement refrigerator shelves, bins, parts, etc. He helped me understand the parts that are on backorder, the timeline, and that they will ship as they become available. He also explained that I will not be paying shipping each time they're sent out, which was my primary concern.

I truly appreciate how the company handled customer service: they promptly responded to every email and addressed all my concerns regarding my order.
