As a property management agency representing a leaseholder at a local apartment complex, our experience with this management company has been appalling. An invoice that was supposed to be issued in late September was never sent, and by the time we got involved in November, we were already at a disadvantage. We have tried to get basic clarification on an unclear charge, but despite reaching out to various staff members, our emails have gone unanswered. Even phone calls have yielded no results. As a managing agent, we recognize the need for prompt and professional responses, and it is unacceptable for a company specializing in this field to ignore repeated requests. We have requested their complaints procedure but doubt we'll receive a response. Their conduct reflects a troubling lack of professionalism and basic customer service. Avoid this company; they have been entirely unhelpful from the beginning.
