This company is a scam. Not a single one of the almost hundred apartments within our building has had a positive experience with them.
They dont reply to emails, they charge whatever they want when they want to, when they have a fault in "forgetting to charge you" they just apply an interest charge when its totally on them, and they never ever solve a SINGLE problem.
We decided to hire a lawyer and put an end to this scam, but please dont fall into this as we, unfortunately, did.

We have formally requested their complaints procedure but doubt we will hear back. Their behavior shows a shocking lack of professionalism and accountability. Avoid this company; they have been entirely unhelpful from start to finish.
The legal team has made the process of selling our flat extremely frustrating. They are unresponsive and hard to communicate with. While the management company is relatively responsive, they fail to take any action. I would seriously think twice about purchasing a flat managed by this company.

Steer clear of this company! They are deceitful and untrustworthy. We recently received an unexpected maintenance bill for an EV charger, with only seven days to pay before they threaten legal action. No one else in our community has received such a bill, and we don’t even use the charger, which is non-functional. They have not responded to our appeals. They are simply dishonest!

They are actively addressing legacy issues and improving the overall standards in our community. Previously, my rating of this company would have been no more than 3 stars, but these two deserve a full 5-star review, and I hope to rate the company even higher in the future.
