As a property management agency acting on behalf of a leaseholder, our experience with this management company has been nothing short of disgraceful. An invoice that was supposed to be issued was never sent, and by the time we got involved, we were already at a disadvantage. We have made several attempts to get clarification on charges, but our communications have been ignored. This lack of responsiveness is unacceptable for a company specializing in property management. We have formally requested their complaints procedure but doubt we will hear back. Their behavior shows a shocking lack of professionalism and accountability. Avoid this company; they have been entirely unhelpful from start to finish.
