Based on various experiences, it appears the company frequently sends incorrect or missing items and makes refund processes difficult. I ordered two tops on December 18th, but only received one on December 23rd, and the package was damaged without a delivery note. Since then, I have faced challenges in obtaining a refund. While I understand it's the holiday season, the customer service has been painfully slow and unhelpful. It feels like I'm caught in a loop of frustration. Given the other negative reviews, it seems I'm not alone in this issue. This will definitely be my first and last experience with the company, and I strongly recommend others avoid shopping with them online.
