If you are considering buying clothes from an online store, I do not recommend shopping at End Clothing. They do not offer any after-sales service, even if the items you purchase have serious issues.
The reason I need to contact End Clothing is that I bought a pair of Adidas x Willy Chavarria Jabbar Low Sneakers. However, I received a mismatched pair; the right shoe is an Adidas x Willy Chavarria Jabbar Dress Sneaker, while the left is the Adidas x Willy Chavarria Jabbar Low Sneaker. Don't their staff check these before shipping?
I have already tried the following methods to contact End's customer service, but have been unable to reach them.
I sent messages through End's Instagram and Facebook pages but received no replies.
I also used the "Email Us" and "Virtual Assistant" features on their website, both on desktop and mobile.
Overall, I do not recommend that any friends outside the UK shop here. This is not my fault, yet I still have to pay for return shipping from Hong Kong to the UK.

Picked up a few items during the sale in December and the prices were genuinely good compared to elsewhere. Everything arrived as expected, well packaged, and the quality was spot on.

I had shortlisted several pairs of shoes, but they all vanished unexpectedly. Then, they reappeared on the app a few days later. By that time, I had already paid for another pair. Additionally, the delivery person could have made a small effort to knock or ring the doorbell to inform me of the delivery. We had just been in touch, and I was concerned that the security guard had stopped them from entering. A little effort wouldn't hurt.

There are no clear delivery dates or updates once the order is made. You're left relying on their tracking system, which is ineffective. The customer service has an indifferent attitude, making it feel like they only care about your money. It's best to steer clear to avoid unnecessary stress and wasted time.
I regularly make purchases with this service and my order history reflects that! I placed two orders in December, and while I have a collection date for the second, the status of the first order remains unclear on the tracker!
