If you are considering buying clothes from an online store, I do not recommend shopping at End Clothing. They do not offer any after-sales service, even if the items you purchase have serious issues.
The reason I need to contact End Clothing is that I bought a pair of Adidas x Willy Chavarria Jabbar Low Sneakers. However, I received a mismatched pair; the right shoe is an Adidas x Willy Chavarria Jabbar Dress Sneaker, while the left is the Adidas x Willy Chavarria Jabbar Low Sneaker. Don't their staff check these before shipping?
I have already tried the following methods to contact End's customer service, but have been unable to reach them.
I sent messages through End's Instagram and Facebook pages but received no replies.
I also used the "Email Us" and "Virtual Assistant" features on their website, both on desktop and mobile.
Overall, I do not recommend that any friends outside the UK shop here. This is not my fault, yet I still have to pay for return shipping from Hong Kong to the UK.
