I’ve been a loyal customer of END Clothing since 2014, which is why this is particularly disappointing to write.

Over the years I’ve shopped with them regularly, but I’ve now experienced multiple account-related issues due to technical problems on their side.

Back in 2020, my account was compromised following a data breach. While this was understandably concerning, there was little in the way of follow-up or goodwill offered at the time.

More recently, I was unable to log into my account, only to be told by customer support that due to a technical error, a number of customer accounts (including mine) were inadvertently deleted and could not be recovered.

As a result, I’ve lost my order history, saved details, and the overall convenience of being a returning customer. I was simply asked to create a new account, with no attempt to restore anything or offer any form of compensation.

I understand that technical issues can happen, but the way this has been handled is disappointing—particularly given this is not the first time I’ve been affected.

At the very least, I would have expected some form of goodwill gesture or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused.

Overall, this has impacted my confidence in continuing to shop with END.
