Really disappointing service. Trainers arrived damaged, I immediately requested a replacement (item was still in stock in my size), sent the damaged pair straight back. Took several days for End to accept the return after I’d had notification of it being delivered, and then there was no stock to replace. Once End knew they needed to replace a damaged order, an order should have been retained to send. Wouldn’t trust ordering again sadly.
