Terrible Customer Service ExperienceDealing with Marc has been one of the most disorganized and frustrating experiences I’ve ever had as a customer. He showed little care for his products, his scheduling, or his customers.I visited the store and ordered carpet, paying in full. Although Marc wanted to schedule installation within five days, I requested a date three weeks out to give them extra time to get everything organized. Despite that, it seems the carpet was never even ordered — and no one bothered to call to postpone the installation.I took a day off work for the scheduled install, and no one showed up. When I called to ask what was going on, I was told there was a “delivery issue” and the carpet was delayed. No courtesy call, no apology.We rescheduled for a week and a half later… and unbelievably, it happened again. No call, no installer, and when I phoned to ask, Marc casually told me he was too busy to call.Too busy for basic customer service? Absolutely unacceptable.No “deal” is worth the chaos of dealing with Marc or this level of disorganization.
