He was very willing to address any questions or concerns we had clearly and respectfully. His professionalism was above and beyond. We truly couldn't have asked for better service than that which we received from Josh!
Our salesman Brady was amazing! He stayed on board from beginning to end with us. He understood the magnitude of this project for us and he respected the cost and work involved. He took none of that lightly and ensured we were happy and we weren't rushed at any point in the decision-making process. There was no point in this journey where we ever doubted our decision in going with End of the Roll all because of his reassurances and patience. End of the Roll, CambridgeZubair, the senior flooring advisor, was extremely knowledgeable and organized. He helped us pick a carpet for our remodeling job and set up an installation date that put us ahead of schedule. Giray, the installer, was courteous and polite. I am so happy to say that the entire job, from start to finish, went without a glitch. We know where to go now for future renovations.
Terrible Customer Service ExperienceDealing with Marc has been one of the most disorganized and frustrating experiences I’ve ever had as a customer. He showed little care for his products, his scheduling, or his customers.I visited the store and ordered carpet, paying in full. Although Marc wanted to schedule installation within five days, I requested a date three weeks out to give them extra time to get everything organized. Despite that, it seems the carpet was never even ordered — and no one bothered to call to postpone the installation.I took a day off work for the scheduled install, and no one showed up. When I called to ask what was going on, I was told there was a “delivery issue” and the carpet was delayed. No courtesy call, no apology.We rescheduled for a week and a half later… and unbelievably, it happened again. No call, no installer, and when I phoned to ask, Marc casually told me he was too busy to call.Too busy for basic customer service? Absolutely unacceptable.No “deal” is worth the chaos of dealing with Marc or this level of disorganization.
End Of The Roll Thunder BayDO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!!We purchased flooring for our entire main floor renovation. Carpet for our living area, hallway, bedrooms. Vinyl tile for the kitchen. Product was fine… installation TERRIBLE.No warranty, they don’t care. It’s been a year of fighting, we are left with flooring that looks like a two year old installed it. Nothing good to say about Jim and Leanne Barr, owners. Terrible service. They have left us with flooring that looks horrible. Major disappointment.
