(Not my first review here) I have been using their service many years now, my first official purchase with an account was at 2021, and I have even bought game before that I created account. I have bought maybe over 24 games (with an account) and 14 DLCs (with an account) by Eneba alone.
I have never had single issue with their keys or sellers. Since to that I haven't had issues, I haven't got any experience with customer service, so I can't say how good or bad their customer service is, but I hope who ever may encounter issues, their support helps to resolve them.
