Review Time
I don't like how it sometimes feels like a maze navigating the site when trying to check out or buy something. Other than that its good all of my purchases were legit and i got the products i was promised
I buy most of the codes here and am almost never disappointed. I have been using this site for a very long time and have never had any problems. Only once when the code didn't work, I got a full refund including tax almost immediately after contacting support, in other case my code was replaced (the seller misrepresented the region and I couldn't activate it, but everything worked later). Prices are a little higher than elsewhere, but it's a good price for the guarantee of safety. I can only recommend!
Unhelpful when we asked for a refund on an item that did not work on the steam platform, because I have revealed the code for steam they will not refund
But it does not
Paid for a Game Pass Ultimate 1 month. But couldn't redeem it since when contacting Xbox.com it was marked as a promotional code. Luckily I had a second account I could use it on. That is info that should be along with the product, imo. Therefore the low rating.
From buying to getting it to work: 1h 30mins...
There's worse things in the world, but still, annoying/aggrevating...
I asked for help on a payment and they told me to check their website and ended the discussion. I checked their website and it just gave me a FAQ. Honestly, its frustrating enough that they have an AI answer me, but to make the AI tell me to check their FAQ is outrageous. -_-
Apparently you have to ask the AI to connect you to a human. (Go figure)
Be warned: the "Cashback" system on this site is a textbook example of deceptive marketing and dark patterns. What they advertise as "money back" is actually a useless digital credit that is nearly impossible to spend without being forced to pay even more real money.
You cannot pay 100% with your balance – Even if you have enough cashback to cover the item, the system arbitrarily blocks the payment and forces you to pay the remainder using an external method (like BLIK or Card).
Hidden toggles and limits – The option to use your cashback balance often doesn't even appear or disappears when you try to combine it with other payments, unless you top up your wallet with extra funds first.
The Top-up Trap – They force you to buy fixed-amount gift cards (e.g., €10). If you only need a small amount to cover a game, you’re forced to overpay, leaving your money frozen in their ecosystem with no way to withdraw it.
Service fees eat your "savings" – The added fees are so high that they effectively cancel out a huge chunk of your earned cashback.
This site is intentionally designed to trick users into spending more than they planned. It’s manipulative and anti-consumer. Never again.
I purchased a Resident Evil Requiem Deluxe Steam key listed as ROW (Rest of the World) under Order #o-y5ead3o.
At no point during checkout was it clearly disclosed that US activation was excluded.
After the official game release, Steam returned the error:
“This product is not available for purchase in this country.”
Steam also confirms that the key was not redeemed.
This is not a timing issue or user error. The problem is insufficient and misleading region labeling. “ROW” is commonly understood by buyers to include the United States unless explicitly stated otherwise. That restriction only became clear after attempting activation, which is a normal and expected step.
Support refused a refund or replacement solely because the key was “viewed,” despite the product being completely unusable in my region. Suggesting that customers “resell the key” is not an acceptable solution when the item cannot be used as reasonably expected.
Eneba should:
Clearly label US-excluded keys before purchase
Avoid hiding behind the “key viewed” rule when a product is region-locked and unusable
Provide proper buyer protection when region restrictions are ambiguous
This was a frustrating and disappointing experience, especially for a preorder. Buyers should be very cautious with ROW listings.
I hope I get refunded today since who knows when that money arrives back to my account and I read and made sure US was included on the list of ROW
/ Update answering reply
Hello,
I have replied to Support by email and provided screenshots showing that at the time of purchase the ROW listing explicitly included the United States, and that my Steam account is US-based.
Steam confirms the key was not redeemed and is unusable due to undisclosed regional restrictions. This is not user error but misleading region labeling. This restriction only became apparent after attempting activation, which is a normal and expected step for a Steam key.
I am awaiting a refund or a US-compatible replacement.
Thank you.
Just bought a preorder RE9 requiem key for my friend from the US, I bought it about 4 days ago and it said it CAN be activated in "UNITED STATES" - 8h before the release I check the regions and United States ain't there anymore... like you just changed it without me knowing? I ask for a quick refund because we want to see the game on release
Possibly the best customer service in 3rd party buying and selling.
They are dedicated and try their best to help the customer (in this case it was me.) come to a resolve. I had a case where a product arrived faulty, which was handled professionaly and with patience by both me and the customer service.
I kid you not, even after the case went cold, they came back with a result, they issued a refund after the seller confirmed the problem. Which I was very surprised of. Great service, great sellers. Don't have any words left.
ENEMEBA is a SCAM company.
I bought a card worth $85 today.
But the code doesn't work.
The help page just sends you in circles. You can't contact this company by email. The ticket was closed without help and can't be reopened. Stay away from this company.
There was an update; ENEBA contacted me. They now claim that I'm a victim of internet fraud and therefore won't receive a replacement card or a refund. They also claim that, even though I've already sent two cards to the same recipient, he used them on the wrong platform.
They're refusing to refund my money with flimsy, fabricated excuses.
