I was informed it was in Illinois and received a tracking number from the postal service, which I was initially thrilled about. That was on December 8. Unfortunately, the tracking number is not recognized by the postal service, and despite multiple attempts to reach out through their support email, I have received no replies! The service has been extremely disappointing, and I’m seriously concerned that I might never receive my order given the current circumstances.
