I faced difficulties receiving my order due to living in a very remote area, which caused issues with the delivery service. I reached out to the support team, and they were attentive to my concerns, especially since I needed it for Christmas. A representative took the time to listen to my situation and promptly issued a full credit. I can't express enough appreciation for the representative's dedication to ensuring my satisfaction. Even if the delivery service eventually finds my location, I received a complete refund!

Ordering process can be misleading; proceed with caution.

The online ordering system can be confusing, so pay attention. They did modify my order after I reached out immediately. However, I’ve been unable to get any response regarding my order, which I have yet to receive. I was informed it was in Illinois and received a tracking number from the postal service, which I was initially thrilled about. That was on December 8. Unfortunately, the tracking number is not recognized by the postal service, and despite multiple attempts to reach out through their support email, I have received no replies! The service has been extremely disappointing, and I’m seriously concerned that I might never receive my order given the current circumstances.
