My experience with Enercare was extremely positive. Joe first came out to assess my tankless water boiler and advised that it would need to be replaced. He was on time, efficient and professional. He then contacted Declan, who arrived at my house within the hour to explain the process of replacing the tank , and then scheduled the work to be done promptly, at no charge of course as I lease my water heater. Within 5 days, Christian, Matt and Owen K. arrived at my home to start the work. They were professional, courteous and at all times treated my home with respect, cleaning up as they went along. The work was done next day , and the installation of the new heater and plumbing lines is so much cleaner and more organized than it was. At the completion, Christian explained everything that was replaced, and answered any questions I had. Overall, it was a very positive experience , and I thank everyone involved !
