They scheduled a new appointment but initially got the timing wrong, which required correction. I gave 4 stars due to these scheduling issues. However, the plumber arrived promptly and assessed the problem. She provided a solution along with a cost estimate and presented a service plan that we agreed to. She completed the job and left the area immaculate. This professional clearly knew her trade and did an excellent job on the kitchen sink drains. The plumber was courteous and executed the task like a true expert. Well done!
