We realized around 6pm house was cold and our heater stopped heating. Called Enercare as we have a protection and maintenance plan that we pay for every month.
After almost an hour of holding on an agent Daniel answers. Told him house was freezing and we are 2 seniors. He Says earliest appt for technician to come is between 8am-12noon tomorrow. We requested heaters to be sent to warm house tonight and he promised someone would bring heaters by 9pm. At 11pm no heaters arrived.
Called again and another hour of waiting Juan answers only to say sorry no heaters are being sent and technician will come tomorrow and I cannot talk to anyone else either.
That was it.
