With energia a number of years, had a thought about switching but recently renewed my dual fuel contract online for the first time this month, found the process easy and satisfied with their price that they sent me in my account and I could do it all without calling up and going through everything!
With my contract due for renewal, I contacted the company a couple of weeks ago and had a pleasant conversation with a representative. When I called back today, I was fortunate to speak with him again. He showed extensive knowledge and understanding, making the process seamless and ensuring I felt valued. I initially thought about switching providers, but he went above and beyond to secure the best rate for me, and I’m thrilled with my new contract. This representative truly represents the company well, and I hope he receives recognition for his professionalism. I'm a very happy customer!
