With energia a number of years, had a thought about switching but recently renewed my dual fuel contract online for the first time this month, found the process easy and satisfied with their price that they sent me in my account and I could do it all without calling up and going through everything!

Exceptional service during renewal

With my contract due for renewal, I contacted the company a couple of weeks ago and had a pleasant conversation with a representative. When I called back today, I was fortunate to speak with him again. He showed extensive knowledge and understanding, making the process seamless and ensuring I felt valued. I initially thought about switching providers, but he went above and beyond to secure the best rate for me, and I’m thrilled with my new contract. I reached out to the company early this morning regarding my payment, and it was processed successfully. I received fantastic support from a representative who was excellent with billing and explanations. Even though I was feeling unwell during the call, he was compassionate and understanding. He kindly took my meter readings and sent them via email. This individual deserves recognition for his kindness.
