I rang earlier just a few minutes ago and this lady from the customer service seems like she does not know what she is doing. I asked why my bill go up so high when me and my wife are working in childrens hospital 12hrs a day, 5 days a week! And the only reason she gave me was oh it is because you dont have the discount anymore! We have been a good paying customer ever since! Never changed the provider. But with this one simple phone call, and with one response from a customer service representative, I will be looking for a different provider, who offers better price!
