Filled in application interest via online questionnaire whilst on gov.uk website. Application referred to installer next day by Kate with contact details for Broad Oak Properties. Surveys for works done and works for internal insulation, new boiler, dehumidifier fans and carbon monoxide sensor/alarm, all sorted in about 6 weeks start to finish.
