Energy Saving Genie took all the worry out of having to search myself to find the appropriate grant. They notified me immediately they had found a suitable supplier and kept me updated throughout the initial stages of the application for the grant. The company they recommended was excellent and the installation of my solar panels was seamless from the beginning to completion.
Energy genie handled our application easily and always helpful. They recommended Broadoak who had some genuine problems with sickness but transferred us to a new PM Dan who handled everything to provide a new heating and insulation (cavity wall and loft).very happy.

They made my application quick and easy and gave me good advice when the installation went wrong they helped me all the way till my problem was solved.My honest advice would be if they refer your job to south rings energy ask if there is another option
They were very helpful and got things going very quickly with our grant and referred us to DPS Energy who did a fantastic job. We ended up with a grant for a complete ASHP system and solar panels, etc. Everything went through very smoothly and so far we have had no problems.

We desperately needed to get a new heating system installed for an elderly relative, and wasted the best part of a year trying to deal with those who could 'supposedly' help.
