They were contacted by myself.They asked a few questions and put the installer in contact eith me.After speaking with the installer, we made an agreed survey date.We found that we were only able to get a grant for the loft insulation and not the wall cavity because we live in a wooden house snd as such the cavity is not large enough.The boiler, well our boiler is a triple A rated and was installed just over five years ago.Solar panels arr not a option on a mains gas supply house.As for as the install date, it went great!.We were lucky enough to have three young lads come out and in no time they were done.Full loft insulation, a vent fan installed in kitchen, we don't have a vented exhaust and window vents, all done in a matter of a few hours.Overall it was a great experience.Thanks
