Purchased one of the more expensive bracelets for my daughter for her birthday, she was then gifted a Hope Unwritten bracelet for graduation, loved it so much she bought three for her friends. Within a few days it snapped, beads everywhere, beads too tiny to see to pick up all of them. You can't ever get through to customer service, there is no way to leave a message, so you have to email customer service. Even though had receipt and pictures, the agent's response, "We cannot offer anything." eNewton lost a lifelong customer over a $20 replacement, very sad.
