I have been purchasing enewton for years not only do they break easily there is no assistance from their “customer service”. Save your money and time there are many other better quality brands. I have left so many messages it’s ridiculous. No one cares it returns a call. They are disrespectful. DO NOT BUY As a small business owner myself I find it horrible a company can charge what they do and just ignore their customer. Can Not wait for them to go out of business they give SBO a bad name. Shame on you

HORRIBLE Customer ServicePurchased over $200's worth of bracelets for a Christmas present. Bracelet broke on first wear. Submitted a request for the product to be replaced. Heard back a month later that they were busy from the holiday season. I followed up at the end of January to the same response and it's now February 9th and I still have not been give a direct answer on when to expect my replacement. I will NEVER order from this company again.
I purchased an ENewton silver 2mm bracelet for my 24 year old daughter for Christmas. I bought it from Findley Rowe designs in Roswell, Georgia.The bracelet broke when my daughter went to slip it on her wrist.Per instructions from the gift store, I filled out an online form with Enewton on January 10. It has been almost a month and there’s been no action. I have left voicemails and sent additional emails with no movement to have my bracelet replaced or repaired.I’ve never had this experience with any kind of business in my lifetime. It is very clear to me that Enewton does not value their customers.I will not be buying any more jewelry from the brand in Enewton.
I love love love these bracelets!! You can wear them in the shower, and they wont tarnish, ever. There are three sizes, egirl, Enewton, and e-extend. Its like small for kids, medium for petite-ish women, and extend if you want more room. Came in about 4 days, I don't have a clue what these other reviews are talking about. Thanks!
If I could I would not give any stars at all! I bought a bracelet on 12/1 and still haven't received it, 12/29. It states to give them 10 days for shipment as they are sooooo busy and 28 days later its still not here. They did give notice it shipped by post office of all ways. I have sent two emails but only have received automated responses stating how busy they are and my shipment is on its way. I have finally put a stop payment on my credit card and still haven't heard from them. Thanks to Kendra Scott for saving Christmas! I DO NOT... AGAIN DO NOT recommend this company. PS: I should have read reviews first and now I regret it!
Pretty much every female in my family has at least one E Newton beaded bracelet so I thought it would be nice to get one for my son‘s girlfriend. It came and I put it somewhere safe. Of course at ChristmasI couldn’t find it,so I went ahead and ordered a second one just in case it never showed up thinking I could send the second one back if necessary. Of course I found the first one almost as soon as the second one showed up. I called the company at least three times asking for a return address. The answering machine said “your call is very important to us please leave a message after the beep” and then the phone would go dead. The call would be dropped. I believe I emailed them at least three times. I got no response either via email or on the phone. Couldn’t get anybody to answer. Terrible customer service. Personally, I will never order anything from them again and I’ve told my family members not to either.
When bracelet arrived, I opened, thought I ordered child's size. Looked inexpensive, and did not have stretch to pull over your hand. Tried online return page, BUT, would only refund the current sale price, NOT price paid, would charge $7 to refund monies to your account, along with handling fees. Already LOST about $15-20. Contacted customer service, as I just wanted it gone, young lady was a snippet when answering any of my concerns re: sizing, returns, etc. NEVER AGAIN -ended up donating to a child for the holidays
ZERO stars if it were possible! Outrageously slow order fulfillment, and generally unresponsive customer service. They'll just tell you, "holiday sales volume is causing delays. Your order will be on its way soon.". Two weeks since placing my order and still no word on when or if I'll receive it. Buyer beware! I'll never purchase again.
