Initially, there was significant misrepresentation of the product size online. The image of a filter tap for drinking water displayed dimensions that differed entirely from the actual product, which we discovered only after delivery. We reached out to the website immediately, highlighting the issue, as we couldn't fit the tap due to the incorrect size. When we requested a refund, they suggested teaching us how to make it work instead! We declined and asked to return the product, after which they became unresponsive. Save your time and money; they will not honor their refund policy!
