After checking their website, I found no measurements for the stem, nor any indication of potential changes. Their customer service informed me that returns for this item are not offered. Despite explaining that the product was not fit for purpose, they continued to misrepresent the situation as a 'change of mind' and refused a refund. I strongly advise against doing business with them; they sell products with inaccurate descriptions and refuse to refund. I've reported them for their dishonor regarding their refund policy.
