I would not recommend doing business with this company due to their UNETHICAL business practices. They have hundreds of online complaints. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. They do not give full refunds for cancelled orders. They charge you a25% restocking fee. How do you claim to "restock" a product that NEVER left your possession? I canceled within 2 days of completing my order. I was informed even if I cancelled on the same day the order was completed the restocking fee would be the same. This cost me $338 for NO service or product. This rule is buried in their warranty policy which does not even come into play until you receive what you pay for. I am also reporting them to the Better Business Bureaus/Dept of Consumer Protections for both Virgina and Wisconsin to possibly prevent someone else this heartache!
