I do not recommend purchasing from this company. Easy to purchase but delivery is what made me cancel. Everything i called they were testing transmission but would not get a delivery date and to cancel and get a refund was another battle. My suggestion: not worth the problems

Wow I guess I should have read the reviews before ordering.. horrible customer service.. 2 weeks of them "testing the engine " it never made it in a box.. no end in sight so I canceled it.. only to be charged a restocking fee yet it never made it into a box let along out their doors!! And here by am without a car. Horrible business beginning to end.
I ordered and received an engine. The engine was nothing like they described and upon filing warranty, I was told that they would pick up and replace this bad engine. They informed me on several occassions that this was being done, This started in Sept-Oct 2025 and is ongoing, They will not even talk to me any longer, This is definitely one of the most fraudulent company around. They have told me it was under warranty with NO results whatsoever.
This company is very bad. They have not honored their own warranty policies and have just left me in the dark. When I made my warranty claim I made sure that I did it all correctly and on time. I did my best possible to keep it all professional, but this company made it very hard. I have tried to contact them many times and they never responded. I called them and they told me that they couldn't honor the warranty, because I had done it too late. This is very false, as I did everything within the timeframe that they had given me. It seems like they have done the same thing to many others, based on others reviews. There are reviews on other websites, like pissedconsumer, yelp, and Better Business Bureau, that all talk about their true experience. It seems like myreputation.com can be easily manipulated to show only positive reviews. I am very dissatisfied with this company and my experience. I will never buy from this company again, as this is a very bad business. I wish I could upload pictures and videos on here so you guys could see just how bad my engine was, when it arrived. It has many metal pieces inside the oil pan and it even had a loose bolt inside it as well. They already knew that it was a bad engine, and they still decided to send it to us. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I lost $2200 doing business with this company. I would definitely give it 0 stars if I could.
These guys are classic "bait and switch." Bought an engine from them 9 months ago. The engine failed at 7000+ miles. Was told the engine had 70K ish miles on it and that it was checked. Upon arrival, there were indications the engine wasn't checked (seemed the sludge buildup was excessive for 70K)...but I paid it little mind. So, engine failed on 5 July - called to work the "5 year parts and labor warranty" I find out it's not covered because of item #12 somewhere in the paperwork. Very pixxxx. The #12 item notwithstanding, indications are that these guys pull the engines, power spray it...sort of...and send it off knowing that Item #12 will save their sorry xxxxx when the engine fails.

I called to inquire about my warranty, but they told me it was voided because I did not call in 10 days after it was installed to activate it. I spoke with the warranty department and the sales department, and both was extremely rude. The salesperson raised his voice and hung up the phone. DO NOT EVER PURCHASE from them. The parts are very bad, and the customer service is horrible. I spent over 4k, and he had to audacity to tell me they don't have time to explain the warranty program to every customer, because each call would take over 45 minutes. This is the worst service I have every received in my entire life. I should have read the reviews before I made my purchase. The product quality is poor, and the customer service is the worst I’ve experienced in my life. I regret not reading other reviews before buying.Save yourself the trouble and stay far away from this company. I would have given this review zero stars if it was an option.
1 Star is even too much for this business! I ordered a transmission without doing proper research into how terrible this company truly is. I found a part closer to me so i called to cancel 2 DAYS after placing my order and they could not tell me if i would receive a full refund or not. Turns out they take a "restocking" fee even though the order was not even CLOSE to being shipped yet. Their shipping time is 7-14 BUSINESS days. Do your research before taking the risk of buying anything from this company. The countless horror stories should be enough to make you choose differently.
sold me a faulty transmission. asked for a refund but they denied the warranty. i gave them all the information they need for processiong my refund but still asked me for a photo of a filter that specific transission doesnt have. they still voided the warranty and now they dont pick up the phone and if they do they hang up on me after leaving me 30 minutes on hold. they literally did not honor the warranty and they refused to talk to the mechanic for any technical questions. 1800$ lost with these people. note: they will sell you a part and say it will be shipped within 11 days and thats a lie, they took a whole month to deliver a faulty transmission.
